Will Storey – Life in Layers. Working from his studio on the south coast of the UK Will uses a variety of techniques and materials to make unique 3D sculptural artworks. Each piece embarks on a narrative journey of imagination and mindfulness, where nostalgic thoughts and feelings are creatively woven into meticulous layers that bonded to create a multifaceted appearance.

Reflections of Perspective :
It is important is to reflect from one perspective to another. This large piece of art is a homage of Art Deco and Art Nouveau that encompasses Big Ben surrounded by the houses of parliament and a strong and busting sectional view of silhouettes who are oblivious to the bigger picture.</p>

The Ponderer :
A Bauhaus inspired wooden layered sculpture that depicts a solitude figure sat pondering under a moonlit sky. Simple yet playful geometric shapes, angles and layers accompany a contrast of bold colourful stains and textured wooden veneers to capture this moment in time.

This piece of wood art symbolises one’s journey to achieve emotional wellbeing. The diminishing Japanese pattern surrounds a floral silhouetted figure entangled with a dragon. A mix of coloured wood stain is used to create a warmth and contrast.
