We are a mother and daughter printmaking team, working within the mediums of Lino and Silk Screen. Our work is an exploration of the natural environment, with a particular focus on botanicals. We begin with drawings from observation or photographs. These can be carved on traditional lino; or exposed onto silk screens. We handprint onto natural fabrics, with eco friendly dyes.

Sunflower Print :
One of a kind, handprinted Sunflower panel which has been screenprinted onto natural linen, every linen panel is uniquely made for you. </p>
<p>This print began life as a pen drawing from our own sunflowers. The drawing was then enlarged and exposed onto a silk screen. <br />
Printing begins with covering the stalk of the sunflower and printing the yellow head, in eco-friendly dyes. Once printed and dried we then cover the head and print the green stalk. Thirdly, we print the key screen with the details of the sunflower design on top. This is then covered with a stencil, to protect the design, while we use the same process to print the shadows.
This print is stretched and float framed in a dark grey wood.

Thistle Linen Panel :
One of a kind, handprinted Thistle panel which has been screenprinted onto natural linen, every linen panel is uniquely made for you. </p>
<p>This print began life as a pen drawing from our own photographs of thistles. The drawing was then enlarged and exposed onto a silk screen.<br />
Printing begins with the inlay colours of green and pink, mixed from eco-friendly dyes. Once printed and dried we then print the key screen with the details of the thistle design on top. This is then covered with a stencil, to protect the design, while we use the same process to print the shadows.<br />
This print is stretched and float framed in a dark grey wood.<br />

Sheep on Linen :
These sheep; Dotty (left), Daisy (middle), Doris (right) have each been handprinted onto natural linen. <br />
This print began with drawings from photographs, using pen and ink. They are then carved on traditional Lino. Every mark and carving we make on the Lino is formed from the original lines in our pen drawings. <br />
Once carved, the sheep are hand printed onto the linen using eco-friendly inks.<br />
Once dried the print is stretched and float framed in a dark grey wood <br />

Every mark and carving we make on the Lino is formed from the original lines in our pen drawings. Once carved, the stag is printed onto paper. This lino printed design is then enlarged and exposed onto a silk screen. This is then printed onto a natural linen, using eco-friendly dye. <br />
The print is stretched and float framed in a natural oak. <br />

These napkins began as a simple poppy drawings from photographs, using pen and ink. This poppy was then carved onto traditional lino. Every mark and carving we make on the Lino is formed from the original lines in our pen drawings. Once carved, the poppy is printed onto paper. This lino printed design is then enlarged and exposed onto a silk screen. This is then printed onto a high quality natural linen, using eco-friendly dye. Each napkin is hand cut, printed, sewn and packed by us. The napkins are machine washable and made to last a lifetime.

This cushion began as a simple pinecone drawings from direct observation, using pen and ink. The pinecone was carved onto traditional lino. Every mark and carving we make on the Lino is formed from the original lines in our pen drawings. Once carved, the pinecone is printed onto paper. This lino printed design is then enlarged and exposed onto a silk screen. This is then printed onto a high quality natural linen, using eco-friendly dye. Each cushion is handmade and constructed with a brown linen back. The cushion inner is made from sustainably sourced duck feather, made in the UK.
