- Spalted beech contemporary Windsor : Contemporary Windsor chair made using locally sourced spalted beech and ebonized ash. Each component meticulously hand shaped leaving the facets of hand tools and a conversation between the piece and maker.

Ebonized two tone Sapele bar stools :
3 of 12 bar stools designed for Japanese cocktail bar Waltz in Shoreditch. This design centres on the drama of contrast whilst still showing off the handmade components.

Torched locally sourced Ash bowl :
This tree stood metres from Patrick’s workshop but was felled by a storm due to disease. With chainsaw, froe and then his lathe this bowl was given life. Adding texture with carving gouges and charring with a blowtorch it is then stitched with salvaged copper wire

Ash coffee table :
Contemporary in design and sustainable in timber choice this coffee table features the latest evolution of Patrick’s eyelet joint. Hand turned legs house four eyelet stretchers set around an ash halo. Simplistic and unique.

Spalted Beech XL bowl :
At a diameter of 16” this stunning piece of spalted beech is turned on a lathe and then feet have been hand carved. It is simple in design as the beautiful pattern of the spalting is left to do the talking.

Locally sourced Oak bench :
Made using timber felled within a few miles of Patrick’s workshop this bench was shaped and built using traditional tools. Three seats carved out by hand and signature double eyelet stretchers make it unique to Legards.

Textured Oak dry flower vase. :
Turned from a section of salvaged oak beam this dry flower vessel is a statement both in its size and textured finish. The aged oaks tone speaks to the history within.

Spalted Beech Wine table :
A table specifically designed with one purpose in mind. To be placed next to your favourite reading spot and to hold but one object. Made using locally sourced timber, turned and finished by hand with exposed traditionally joinery.
